Because DEMAXE products provide immediate access to downloadable and online content, digital purchases are generally final once access has been delivered, except where required by law.

Please read the product description, system requirements, and included features before placing your order. Contact us before purchasing if you need help deciding whether a product is right for you.

If you cannot access your purchase, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will verify the order and work to restore access.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. Verified duplicate charges may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests required by applicable law or involving a product that is materially different from its description will be reviewed individually.
